The Constitution and By-Laws Committee is tasked with developing changes to the Constitution and By-laws as may be required, reviewing changes proposed by members and recommending changes to the Board of Directors. The Committee also drafts Resolutions for the Board of Directors to be presented at the Annual Conference.

In addition to serving On the Eastern Division's Committee, Jon Townley and Kenneth Pienkowski also serve on the Constitution and By-Laws Committee of the International Association of Fire Chiefs. Jon Townley serves as the Eastern Division Representative.
