The Strategic Planning Committee
is tasked with developing and updating the Mission Statement
of the Eastern Division of the International Association of
Fire Chiefs. Included in this process is the prioritizing of
Division Goals and Objectives and the development of job
descriptions for officers and members of the Board of
Directors.
